Now in its fourth year, the PICCASO Awards Europe continue to recognise the individuals and organisations making an outstanding contribution to the dynamic and fast-evolving field of privacy, information security and compliance. From professionals navigating complex regulatory landscapes to the academics and engineers advancing thought leadership and innovation, these awards celebrate the people shaping the future of data, privacy, information security and compliance.

With 24 award categories, the programme honours both individuals and teams who are redefining privacy practices across sectors-highlighting achievement in areas such as legal compliance, communications, ethical governance, and strategic leadership.

As part of our wider community mission, the PICCASO Special Interest Group fosters meaningful conversations around privacy, information security and compliance by diving into specialised topics such as culture, behaviour, change, and communication. We explore the broader functional dimensions of data governance and ethics to shift how privacy is understood within organisations and how it is embedded across the workforce.

Through this platform, we aim to support the community in identifying what good looks like, elevating internal conversations, and enabling leaders—at all levels—to drive real and lasting change.

We’re also proud to continue expanding our reach. For the second consecutive year, the PICCASO Awards will welcome nominations from across Europe, helping to spotlight and strengthen the shared mission of embedding privacy culture at the core of organisational strategy and compliance.
